How to use Lavender essential oil:

use with caution. 1 to 2 drops on 1 neutral tablet or 1 spoonful of honey. Maximum daily intake: 0.2 ml of essential oil.

Lavender essential oil can be used orally, on the skin and in massage or in diffusion.

Precaution for use:

-Not recommended during the first 3 months of pregnancy

-Children from 6 kg diluted

-Always use diluted on the skin

-Internal use must be limited in quantity and duration

-Should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet

Method of obtaining

Complete distillation with organoleptic monitoring by steam distillation - 250 kg of plants produce approximately 7 kg of essential oil.
